Martin and David are going to be there on Saturday 11 September between 10am and 12 noon and would welcome assistance from other members of the Church family. Let David know if you'r able to help 01494 863176 |

You'll notice the lych gate has been damaged. This happened when a stone mason was removing a memorial from the churchyard. The gate is not structurallly damaged and so is safe to use, but please don't disturb the stones. Repairs are being organised. |
SATURDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 2010. We are looking again for volunteers to ‘ride or stride’ and for people to sponsor them. Participants can use any means of transport is allowed as long as it isn’t motorised. 50% of any sponsorship money raised goes to the rider’s Church, the rest to the Trust – and it can be Gift-aided. Sponsorship forms are in the rack in the porch so why not involve the family or friends, get out your bike, trike, horse, donkey, soap box, pogo stick or get on Shank’s Pony and have some fun, a day out—a picnic perhaps; expend some energy and raise some money for your Church and the Trust? Remember the Trust is supporting the Benefice with money for works on St Mary Magdalene at Great Hampden—help them to help us. WE AT HOLY TRINITY CAN —CAN’T WE? All queries to

In the autumn we will start to learn a new setting of the Gloria, Sanctus and Agnus Dei—these are the bits of the service that we sing each week that aren't the hymns. Simon is choosing one that he thinks will suit our church and our voices! Over time we will learn a few more to sing alongside our current setting. |

On Sunday September 19 we want to say “Thank you” to all the many volunteers who give their time to our church. We want you to tell us who they are. Inside or outside the church; on a rota or just getting on with the job. Tell us who you want to say thank you to! Fill in a slip at the back of the church or send us an email. |

Is there someone you know, a friend or neighbour perhaps, who used to come to our Church but who hasn’t been for a while? We would like to know who they are and invite them to Back to Church Sunday. This will be our normal Parish Eucharist, but with Deiniol explaining the changes that have been made to the service, and with well-known hymns and tunes. Coffee and biscuits will be served in Church after the service, which will give us an opportunity to make any visitors feel welcome. Invitation cards are available from Mary Wiles in Church on Sundays and these can either be filled in by you and handed to your friend, or if you would rather, let her know their name and address and an invitation will be sent to them.
