Jilly Norris Fitness | Church | Mondays 7 – 8pm and Saturdays 8 – 9am (occasionally in the hall)
Circuit based fitness class, designed specifically for women with plenty of options for beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
Lime Tree Yoga | Church | Tuesdays 6.45 – 7.45pm
Vinyasa Flow practice introduces flow to the yoga asana (poses). Compared to Hatha yoga, which focuses on one pose at the time, Vinyasa allows for the poses to flow from one to another, linking the movement to the breath. It is during this connection that we find the space in our body, mind and soul.

50-minute class cardio and strength class to club classics
Stephanie DCH Yoga | Church Hall | Thursdays | 7– 8.10pm
Hatha yoga which focuses on the breath and alignment of the body within the poses; building strength and increasing flexibility. Various options are offered for many of the poses so that you can choose a variation that suits your body.
Claire Page Yoga | Church Hall | Wednesdays | 7.45-9pm
Group yoga classes for those who have some experience of yoga, exploring a wider variety of standing, seated and inverted asanas and pranayama.
Taylor-Made Education | Church Hall, Annexe & Cottage | Wednesday & Thursdays afternoons | Term time only
Taylor-Made Education offers a range of small group tuition programmes across Buckinghamshire, led by highly qualified and experienced teachers. Based in Halton, Prestwood and Haddenham, we offer familiarisation courses for the Secondary Transfer Tests (11+).
Taylor-Made Education aims to support all children to achieve their best while maintaining high self-esteem and confidence. We champion the key principles of high expectations, independence, building resilience and developing a growth mindset.
