Come and See: Register now and join a group

“Come and see” is the invitation Philip gives to Nathaniel in John 1:46, to ‘come and see’ Jesus.  We’ll be exploring deeper questions of faith together, through videos and reflections released from the Diocese of Oxford.  Starting on Ash Wednesday (17th February), daily reflections are being sent via email to all who register (click the green button below) - on Sundays there will be a video from Bishop Steven.

During each week of Lent we are offering small groups (online, using Zoom) to discuss Bishop Steven's video from the previous Sunday.  The times will be:

  • Wednesday afternoons, starting at 2:00pm on 24th Feb
  • Wednesday evenings, starting at 7:00pm on 24th Feb
  • Thursday afternoons, starting at 2:00pm on 25th Feb

All welcome, we will use the same meeting ID and password as for Zoom Coffee on Sunday mornings (for these details, see our weekly email, or sign up for it, or contact Revd Kevin Lovell).  These sessions are open to all: it would be helpful to know roughly how many people are coming: please let Kevin know if you plan to join one of the sessions.

To receive the emails from the diocese, please register by clicking the button below, to ensure you receive the videos etc. each week.  You can also register from

Member of Holy Trinity Congregation?

As well as registering, you can invite others to join. 'Come and See' is for everyone. We all know people who are curious about faith, especially at this time of lockdown, so think of one or two you might invite.

  1. Pray for those people, that they will come to know more about Jesus in this time
  2. Invite them to 'Come and See'. If you'd like some help with that, we have some ideas to help you.

Have you joined us during lockdown?

Come and See is for people at all stages of faith, including those who are wondering or curious.  It’s the perfect opportunity to explore questions of faith.  Explore on your own, and if you want you can chat with someone from Holy Trinity or another church local to you.  So please register as above and we hope you will find this really helpful.
