Ongoing COVID-19 Guidance

  • During our worship we expect and recommend that you wear face coverings, unless you are exempt or whilst taking a leading role.
  • Please try to ensure an even spread of people across the whole church.
  • Wherever possible, please sit one individual or family group to one pew.
  • You are welcome to sing.
  • We encourage you to share the peace without physical contact or moving around.
  • At communion follow the sides-person’s direction to approach the chancel step.
  • Please keep socially distanced whilst moving in church.
  • The presiding priest will place the bread in your hand.
  • The wafer will have a drop of wine put on it by the priest – this is known as intinction and is permitted in the Church of England when done by the presiding priest.
